The Convention will feature a wonderful variety of coins, but not only coins and bullion. We will also have dealers with paper money and stamps/postcards. Colonial banknotes, Civil War banknotes, and Obsolete currency. Fascinating reminders of American History that you can hold in your hands! Ancient and foreign coins as well. Check. And of course, all the US coins you care to see. Barber coinage, Bust coinage, Large Cents, Morgan / Peace / Seated / Bust Dollars. Double check. Bullion (gold, silver, platinum). Coin supplies and books too. 165 tables with 100+ dealers setting up from 13 different states!

The show starts October 3rd and runs through October 5th. Doors open to the public at 10am every day. Free admission. Wanna get a head start and see everything before the general public? Early Birds pay $50 to attend on Thursday, October 2nd from 3-8 pm and can enter every morning at 8am. Cabarrus Arena charges $10 for parking, and please note that Cabarrus Arena is a cashless facility for parking and concessions. However, your cash is absolutely accepted by any dealer in attendance!

A gold coin raffle will be part of the Convention again this year. Drawings for 1/10th ounce gold and one ounce silver eagles will be done at the end of the show on Sunday afternoon. Winners do not need to be present. Tickets are just $1.00 each with six tickets for $5.00. Proceeds go toward the NCNA’s education programs.

There is a wonderful slate of education presentations scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Be sure to also check out the educational exhibits that will be displayed throughout the show. Find them along the front, left-hand side of the room by the curtained-off seminar area. There will also be dedicated activities and presentations for all young numismatists on Friday and Saturday!

The annual NCNA General Membership meeting will be held on Thursday, October 2nd at 6:15m. The meeting is open to all show attendees and free to attend – come on out and meet your NCNA Board and hear the latest updates about your Association. A highlight of the meeting will be the NCNA’s annual awards presentations. These awards honor outstanding contributions from numismatists across the state. Installing the 2025-2026 NCNA Officers and Board of Directors is also a part of the meeting’s agenda. A wonderful brisket and barbeque dinner will be provided.
