Mark Benvenuto
Mark Benvenuto has been collecting coins since the 1960’s, when his father started them both in the hobby. He has collected various US coin series since that time, but upon being stationed in Mannheim, West Germany as a lieutenant in the Army became very interested in the coinage of Germany, especially of the German states prior to the 1871 unification. He now collects US coins, foreign coins, ancient coins, and military scrip. He also enjoys researching and writing about them and their art and history.
